Tuxpeño Corn *M!lk* 60% Dark Vegan M!lk Chocolate

TASTING NOTES: TOASTED CORNBREAD, CORN PUDDING

This bar celebrates the rich farming history of Chiapas, Mexico, by substituting heirloom Tuxpeño corn in place of the animal products traditionally used in milk chocolate.  Rich, creamy, and smooth chocolate with a distinctive toasted corn flavor. You’ll enjoy a sense of terroir in an entirely unique way.

Andean Lucuma *M!lk*  60% Dark Vegan M!lk Chocolate

TASTING NOTES: CHOCOLATE BROWNIE, RIPE CURRANTS

This bar features cacao sourced from Cacao Verapaz, tucked among the verdant landscape and fertile soils of Cahabón, Guatemala. A community of over 309 smallholder farms transports their freshly harvested cacao to the 'acopio', a fermentation center that compensates the farmers well above market price and streamlines production for consistent, sustainable cocoa beans. Each bar embodies the essence of this unique terroir, delivering notes of juicy sun-dried stone fruit and chocolate fudge.
