Hailing from a fourth-generation farm in Nantou County, Taiwan, our Unroasted Dong Ding Oolong is a true expression of the region's rich soil and ideal growing conditions, cultivated at an altitude of 900 meters. This premium oolong, grown from a distinct set of Qing Xin cultivar, finds its place between the freshness of green tea and the depth of black tea, offering a unique, balanced flavor profile.

Handpicked and carefully processed using time-honored methods, the leaves undergo sun and air withering, gentle bruising, semi-oxidation, and hand-rolling before drying.
